What Rezervo is
Rezervo is an online booking and scheduling platform for service companies — salons, studios, spas, gyms and clinics. It brings the calendar, client records, team and reminders into one workspace, so a company can run on software instead of spreadsheets and chat threads.
Your clients book the easy way — through your own booking link, with just a name and a phone number, no account and no app to install. You share that link yourself — Instagram bio, Facebook page, Google Maps profile; Rezervo is not a marketplace, so your clients stay yours.
Who it is for
Rezervo is built for small and mid-sized service companies, primarily in Georgia, that have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want software that looks like one. It fits you if you:
- track bookings by hand today — in a notebook or over chat;
- run more than one branch or a team of several people;
- want clients to book themselves, around the clock;
- need automatic reminders to cut down no-shows.
The value
Our goal is to put the day-to-day of running a service company in one place and give you back time:
- Real-time calendar — across staff and branches, with rescheduling in a couple of clicks and conflicts surfaced inline.
- Self-service booking — your own branded page, open 24/7.
- Client records — history, notes and preferences, surfaced when you need them.
- Team and pay — schedules, commissions and permissions per staff member.
- Reminders — SMS, email and app push, on a schedule you set.
- Georgian first — the dashboard in natural Georgian and English, and a booking page in Georgian or English — in both languages on plans that include translations.
Rezervo runs on a SaaS model: a company pays a subscription for its chosen plan, priced in Georgian lari (₾), and can top up extra messages when it needs them. Those card payments to Rezervo are processed by Flitt (TBC Group) — Rezervo never stores card data.
Your clients pay you directly, in person. Rezervo never takes or holds their money — it only records the amount you enter against the visit.
